Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of withdrawal and withdrawal period
   You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without stating any reasons. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods.

2. Exercising the right of withdrawal
   To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.

You may use the attached standard withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

3. Consequences of withdrawal
   If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
   Note: We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

4. Returning the goods and compensation for loss in value
   You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
If the goods have deteriorated in value due to handling that was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, you are liable for any diminished value. You are not liable for any loss in value if you have only handled the goods in a way necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

This right of withdrawal applies exclusively to the purchase of physical goods. Please ensure that all goods returned by you are in perfect and complete condition. If you return goods only partially or in a degraded condition, we reserve the right to claim compensation for any loss in value.
